Professional Background
Mae Belonta is a dedicated and versatile professional with a strong background in marketing, finance, real estate, travel services, and hospitality. She began her career as a Cashier at J’s Outlet in Koror, Palau (January 2008 to January 2010), where she managed customer transactions and store purchases with accuracy and efficiency. She later joined Asia Novo Boutique Hotel, Dumaguete Branch (November 2012 to March 2015) as Head of Housekeeping, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the entire property. Mae then advanced to Hotel Sales Supervisor roles at Asia Novo Boutique Hotel, Osamiz Branch (March 2015 to July 2016) and Jeamco Royal Hotel, Palawan (July 2016 to August 2019), where she led sales teams, analyzed market trends, and built strong client relationships. Her exceptional performance earned her recognition as a Top 2 Sales Performer for both 2017 and 2018.
Expanding her career into entrepreneurship, Mae founded Claribel’s Travel and Services, where she oversaw the company’s operations — from financial management to marketing, sales, and customer relations — while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. She later transitioned to the real estate industry as Secretary at MDG Realty and Brokerage Services Corp. (October 2021 to April 2024), where she coordinated developer site tours, managed documentation, and supported sales processes. In 2024, she served as Finance Officer at I Give Foundation Inc., handling financial planning, budgeting, and data analysis. Most recently, she worked as Marketing Executive at Rejuvenate and Tranquil Wellness Spa (February to June 2025), creating promotional campaigns, strengthening client engagement, and driving brand visibility through both online and offline initiatives.
Currently, Mae Belonta serves as the Sales Manager for the North Cebu District at Rene & Lalaine Realty Development Corporation, where she continues to apply her leadership, strategic thinking, and people-oriented approach to drive sales growth and build lasting partnerships.
