Capt. Rene Carulasan Olivar, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Rene & Lalaine Realty Development, is also one of the company’s owners—representing the "Rene" in Rene & Lalaine. He brings a wealth of leadership and public service experience, having served as a Municipal Councilor for nine years (2001–2010), Barangay Captain from 2010 to the present, and ABC President from 2013 to 2016. His deep involvement in both public governance and private enterprise has made him a key figure in driving strategic initiatives for the company. Notably, he successfully closed a major transaction with one of the country’s largest investors for the acquisition of 144 hectares of land in Brgy. Canhabagat, Medellin, Cebu. In addition to his executive role, he is also an active subcontractor for both private and government projects. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset, Capt.
